DON’T LET YOUR LOVE WAX COLD!

With so many distractions surrounding us, it takes God’s grace to overcome temptations to sin daily and keep the fire of devotion burning.

Let’s be reminded of Jesus’ warning to us in Matthew 24:12:

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.  KJV

Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. NLT

Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold. WEB

God’s grace is sufficient for us.

Let’s seek the Lord to build intimacy with Him in prayers and adoration

Reading and meditating on the Holy Scriptures

Choosing to live out the righteousness of God

Examining our hearts and responding to the corrections of the HolySpirit

Preaching God’s Word through our lives and lips

Doing the assignment God has given us faithfully within and outside of our local church

Spending time with other children of God

Staying vigilant against the devil

Asking for grace to be obedient and not compromise our faith

May our lives always give glory to God, bless humanity, and be a holy preparation for eternity with Jesus!
